MIM - The Power of Creating Complex Parts at Scale

Zealot’s group brings complementary manufacturing capabilities to customers who need both polymer and metal solutions. A sister company in the group - VDR Metals - was established to expand metal manufacturing capability and focuses on Metal Injection Molding (MIM), a process that combines powdered metallurgy with injection molding to produce small, complex metal components in high volumes. This allows Zealot to offer design-to-production solutions that include precision metal parts alongside polymer-cast components when assemblies demand it.
